Dryness to sweetness of wines?

Based on these wines how would u rate the sweetness to dryness. I know that theyre considered as dry wines but ive been asked by customers “which is sweeter?”.

white:
chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, verdelho, riesling, semillon, pinot gris, viogner

red:
shiraz, cabernet merlot, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, merlot

thanks for the help.

I totally agree with Kle-Sam. It totally depends on how the wine was made. For example, a chardonnay that is done in all stainless steel and no oak tastes completely different than one aged in oak. Especially new oak… A Riesling can be very sweet or dry. It also depends on where they were made.
Ask your boss or bar tender or ??? for some informative material on wines. There is a ton of information on line. Check out the individual wines on line and see what the wineries say about each one.

You could try them yourself…

Cheers!
